#1. Try an e-cigarette

If you’re committed to quitting smoking or enjoy the look, an e-cigarette is a far healthier habit compared to regular nicotine cigarettes. Also known as a vape pen, it’s easily stored on you and accessible whenever you need it.

The disadvantage to e-cigarettes is that they don’t carry very much product in them. Vape pods do. Although as small and compact as an e-cigarette, vape pods are much more popular. Vaping is as much about a social gathering as it is about the enjoyability of the act itself.
#9. Don’t overuse it
Don’t vape too much. When any of us like something, we tend to overdo it. Excessive vaping can turn the passion into a habit. Instead of looking forward to doing it, vaping becomes something you do. Although it may seem counterintuitive, you will have more fun vaping when you save it.
