    For this, you need to make two fists. Then place them under your chin as if you are punching it. Then press with your lower jaw until you reach the maximum limit. Stay like that for about 3 minutes and repeat the exercise 6 or 7 times.

    Strange smile

    Start with clenching your teeth and then trying to smile as wide as you can. After that, press your tongue against the hard palate. If you feel the tension in your muscles, then you are going in the correct direction. Hold the posture for 5 seconds. And then let your muscles relax for 3 seconds. Repeat the exercise at least eight times a day.

    Stretching your tongue

    Look straight forward, and then stick your tongue as far as possible. Then try to reach your nose with the help of the tongue. Stay in the posture for about 10 seconds.

    Pressing cheeks

    Fill up your mouth with air, and you will notice puffy cheeks. Then press with your palms without releasing the air. Hold it for 3 seconds. Then release the air. Repeat it six times daily.

    Pucker up

    Tilt your head and look up at the ceiling. Then pucker up your lips, or you can say make the duck face. Soon you will feel the tension in your muscles and your muscles being stretched. Hold it for 15-20 seconds. Rest for a few seconds. Repeat this exercise 15 times a day.

    How to Get Rid of Double Chin Overnight?

    You are not living in a magical place. There is no genie to grant you a wish of getting rid of double chin overnight. To get rid of a double chin, you need to tighten your neck skin. And this process requires patience, time, and exercise.

    Although, if you are impatient and want to get rid of it quickly, then you can go for different surgeries. These surgeries are primarily safe, apart from occasional chances of an infection that can backfire. Moreover, these are expensive as well, so if you are looking for a pocket-friendly solution, then surgery is not one.

    This technique is great for people from 20 to 50 years old. It will remove all the excess fat in your chin area, but it won’t help improve your skin. What I mean is that if your skin is saggy, then it will stay saggy.

    In it, the heat melts away the fat, but it won’t remove excess skin. It does have some side effects, such as pain, bruises, and swelling.
